The identification work of Nanyang City key protected ancient fossils completed successfully

From September 23 to 30, senior engineer Chou Shiquan from Henan Province First Geological Survey Institute, and professor Hu Bin from School of Environment and Resources of Henan Polytechnic University, with other experts conducted on-site identification of ancient fossils registered in Nanyang City. The identification activity was organized by Henan Province Geological Museum, in which nearly 300 ancient fossils from Xixia County Dinosaur Relics Park, Neixiang County Baotianman Natural Museum and other organizations and individuals were accepted the identification. And 154 of the fossils would get fossil certifications, marking a successful completion of the identification work.
