From December 22 to 23, the 2018 4th Summit for Central Plains Tourism and “Tourism Entering a New Era” Summit Forum was held in Xuchang, Henan. At the summit, Laojunshan Mountain and Jiguan Cave scenic spots of Funiushan UGGp were awarded the “2018 Brand Influence Award of Central Plains Tourism”.

 The summit was hosted by the Central Plains Influential Association of Culture and Toursim, and jointly organized by major tourism news media such as Dahe Client, Zhongyuan Business Card, Yidian Information, and Yongan International Travel. It is a grand gathering of leaders in the Central Plains tourism industry. More than 300 people from tourist departments, attractions, hotels, travel agencies, tourism commodity enterprises, tourism news media and other related units at and around Henan Province attended the summit.

 According to the relevant person in charge of Laojun Mountain Scenic Spot, during the summit, they shared and discussed with participants on the development of tourism into a new era of mass tourism and a new stage of cultural and tourism integration. The summit enabled them to have a comprehensive understanding of the new environment, opportunities and challenges faced by the central plain tourism industry, as well as the new models, concepts and ideas of cultural tourism, which has a important guiding significance for the development prospects of Laojun Mountain Scenic spot.

 It is also reported that at this summit, Chongdugou Scenic Area won the “2018 Popular Destination Award of Central Plains Tourism”, and Longyuwan National Forest Park and Tianhe Grand Canyon Tourist Resort won the “2018 Market Innovation Award of Central Plains Tourism” .
