To protect geological relic resources and accelerate the sustainable development of Chinese economy, a geopark net is established based on the principle of “developing in protection and protecting in development”. And it is also carried on by Geologic Vestiges’ Protection Management Rule (1995). The eighth item says obviously: Any geological vestiges with typical significance around the international, national and local scope should be reserved as protecting areas, sections, spots.
